General Conditions

The rates of each trekking trip and excursions will be communicated by e-mail within 48 hours after your demand for information and quotation.
In accordance to your wish, duration of stay, your budget, the right and the most competitive rate will be fixed.
We do not charge any folder fees.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the duration of your excursion is extended, a surplus amount will be charged.
The services -included or not in the tariff will be specified for each circuit.
Our services (Nepal/Tibet) are priced in US Dollars, which is the most preferred currency for commercial transactions in the tourism sector in Nepal. Feel free to pay in Euro if you wish. If so, the rate of exchange will be calculated on the very day of payment, less a banking commission (1%). Given the rate of Euro since 2005, you are widely winning doing so.

They are made through e-mail, fax or telephone. You must specify us the chosen treks, the desired dates of departure/return and the number of participants. We will send you a registration form to be returned to us by mail.
A reservation deposit worth 100 Euros per person has to be paid followed. We will explain you by mail how to proceed (it's very easy).
The total balance of the trek has to be cleared upon your arrival in the destination country.
If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before the planned date of departure, your reservation deposit will not be refunded.
A cancellation done more than 15 days before your departure date, sees you recover 50% of the deposit.

The agency does not propose this service for the trekkers. Only our staffs (guides, sherpas, porters, etc.) are insured through a local agency.
So, get from your country, an insurance assistance (covering an eventual pick up by helicopter) and provide us the details. We will give you more information about this subject in the practical information that we deliver after your reservation.
